At Moonglint Store, our priority is making sure you shine with your new jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. We want you to shop with the peace of mind of knowing you have plenty of time to decide.
2. Item Condition
In order for us to accept a return, the jewelry must meet the following requirements:
• It must be in its original condition, with no signs of use or wear.
• It must include all original packaging (box, fabric bags, and certificates if applicable).
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
3. Shipping Costs
Don’t worry about the cost! At Moonglint Store, we offer free return shipping. We will take care of the return shipping labels to make your experience as simple as possible.
4. How to Request a Return
To start the process, simply follow these steps:
1. Send an email to info@moonglintstorejewelry.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will send you a prepaid shipping label for you to attach to the package.
3. Drop off the package at the nearest designated collection point.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your package and verify that everything is in order, we will process your refund. The money will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you have received a piece of jewelry with a defect or if we made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue as a priority at no cost to you.
